2. Subscription Refunds
For subscription plans, our refund policy is as follows:
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may request a refund within 30 days of your most recent billing date. Only the most recent payment will be refunded.
- Yearly Subscriptions: You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date. Only the most recent annual payment will be refunded.
- Partial Billing Periods: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
3. One-Time Payment Refunds
For one-time payments, including gift purchases:
- You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
- After 30 days, one-time payments are generally non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Any transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that:
- Are made outside of the specified refund periods.
- Show patterns of abuse, such as repeated subscriptions and cancellations.
- Violate our Terms and Conditions.
